OUR PROCESS

Here at Autofulfil, all applications are reviewed by a human being. We don't rely on AI or technical tools.

Stages

1 - Applicant Review is a screening of applicants against the key performance requirements, experience, and education.
2 - Video Interview is an in-depth online interview designed to get to know you better. Be prepared for behavioral and situational questions; this is a deep dive.
3 - Department Interview continues the in-depth discussion to see if the applicant meets the needs of the department and allows you to understand the expectations of the role, how your role fits in the organization, and how the team works together and cross-functionally.
4 - References will be requested once a final candidate is identified. The company requires a minimum of two (2) managerial professional references and one (1) other reference of the candidate's choice. This can be a colleague, professor, or mentor.
5 - Offer to the candidate who is best suited for the role.
