Job Brief
We are about to enter our peak season supporting one of our largest clients and are looking for team members to help us level up our fulfilment service production to meet our client's goals. This is where you come in.
 
We are currently looking for full-time Warehouse Operatives to work in our warehouse operation during the summer season. We have two shifts: Day (8:00 am - 5:00 pm) and Evening (5:00 pm - 12:00 am). A shift premium is available for those on Evening shift.  Teams will commence starting in mid-May 2022 and services will be needed through August. 

 
What You Will Do
As an operative, you will be working within one of several teams:

• Receiving. This team accepts our customers’ new inventory and owns the entire process of getting inventory put away and accepted into our system.
• Picking. This team is responsible for delivering products to the next stage of the process accurately and quickly. As an integral team member, pickers and their colleagues keep the flow of customers' products moving and the warehouse humming.
• Packing. This team is responsible for ensuring quality for every shipment and packaging them correctly. The team works together with picking to guarantee that shipments are fulfilled perfectly.
• Other Duties as Required. As a team, you will be asked to help in other areas outside of your normal day-to-day responsibilities to ensure the operation runs efficiently and with a high level of accuracy. Flexibility is key.

• Able to work schedule shift arriving timely.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs without restriction and to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach above, and push/pull frequently.
• A ‘can-do’ attitude where no task is too big or small.
